The Science.gov Alliance welcomes the Department of Homeland
Security as its newest member
The Department of Homeland Security, Science and Technology Directorate, has joined the Science.gov Alliance. This brings the voluntary, interagency Alliance membership to 17 organizations from 13 federal agencies. The Alliance is responsible for creating Science.gov a decade ago, and continues to govern the free gateway that searches over 50 scientific databases, 200 million pages of science information, and more than 2100 scientific websites.
