The two-photon reaction ?? --> ?+?-?0 was investigated using data collected with the Belle detector at KEKB. The spectrum was analyzed for resonance formation and interference between the dominant a2(1320) and higher mass radial excitation tensor states. The observation includes the newly reported a2'(1750), and evidences for a2''(1950) and a2'''(2190).
