ABS>The application of dekatron tubes in address logic and channel stores in multichannel analyzer systems is considered, and circuits for dekatron drive developed for this purpose are discussed. The glow dynamics in such circuits is explained on the basis of the new concept of alpha and beta transfers. A brief account of the design and performance (bringing out the effect of certain parameters on overall performance) of an integrated 100-channel analyzer system, which incorporates the new circuits, is also included.
